The Armour of God is so awesome. I feel like a kid playing dress up every morning when I wake up and put it on. It's so important that we use what God has given us and has advised us to do. In Ephesians 6:11-18 He tells us to put on the whole armour of God. He talks about each part and below I have listed a link that goes into more detail. I'm sure there are numerous sites and a few ways to do so, but the layout to this link is so convenient. I know how tough it is to forget to do this. Do something to help remind you. Tonight, I decorated a piece of paper with a cute print that reads:
-Helmet of Salvation
-Breastplate of Righteousness
-Shield of Faith
-Sword of the Spirit
-Feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace
-Belt of Truth

Those words are hanging beside my bedroom door so every morning when I get up, before I walk out of my room, I see it! I'm telling you, on days that I forget to put on my armour... I can tell!
I pray God speaks to you through this and it encourages you in some form or fashion. He didn't have to give us these things to use. We could be stuck facing day to day things on our own, with no help whatsoever and nothing to turn to. But He always goes the extra mile. What an awesome God we serve to give us these things. I am so grateful that I don't walk in a boring DEAD religion, but a relationship that has beauty around every corner. Be blessed.

Lucky 13
I've learned a lot about myself as a filmmaker.
I've learned that I like:
scenery
close ups
wide shots
reality
beauty in little things
the polarizer filter
bright lighting
documenting
outdoor shots
and that if you plan accordingly and make time, the end results will show your effort.
I still hope to learn more about lighting and movement. I have yet to find my talent in making a good movement shot. Maybe it'll come within time. Maybe!
